Which host is checked
The monitor uses the site's host, so you do not need to enter an address separately.
Warn days
The Warn days field (default 14) controls how many days before expiry you are warned. Raise it if you want more lead time to renew.
What else is detected
- Invalid certificate – the certificate is not valid.
- Issuer change – the certificate's issuer has changed.
No false alarms
A failed check is confirmed from a second location before it alarms.
