Ravnsight was born out of hundreds of hours with Query Monitor, debug.log and phpMyAdmin at eleven at night. We wanted a tool that tells you what happened – not just that something happened.
Most monitoring services stop at "the site is down". Ravnsight starts there. Monitor makes sure you know when something breaks, confirmed from several locations so the alert is right. Detective, our WordPress plugin, finds out why.
We believe in correlation before claims. Ravnsight never says "caused by" until an isolated test has proven it. Contradicting evidence is always shown. That is the difference between a diagnostic tool and a guessing machine.
Ravnsight is developed in Sweden and all data is stored within the EU.
Observe, don't repair
Ravnsight does not update plugins, clean databases or touch your code. It finds the culprit – you decide what to do.
