White-label collects your own brand - name, web address, colour and logo - and applies it to the things your clients actually see.
Where it applies
- Status pages. Your logo and name in the header, and your name in the footer instead of "Monitored by Ravnsight". Turned on with a checkbox under Status pages.
- Reports. A report letterhead controls the header, notice text and footer on the monthly reports your clients receive. Here you set the name, web address, support e-mail, colour and logo.
- The plugin. A white-labelled build of the Pro plugin carrying your name, logo, colour and support address - without Ravnsight being mentioned.
- Outgoing email. The account's email can be sent through your own SMTP server and from your own address.
The fields you fill in
The brand fields are name, web address, support e-mail, primary colour and logo. The report letterhead and the plugin profile each have their own set - if you leave a field empty in the letterhead it falls back to your white-label profile.
Which plan is required
White-label is a Partner capability (the feature key partner.white_label). If your account is not on that plan, a link to the partner programme is shown instead and the settings are not available.
How to reach it
Go to Settings and then White label. That page holds the cards for the report letterhead, status pages, plugin profile and outgoing email.
