A white-label account can send all of its outgoing email through its own mail server, from its own address, so clients never see ravnsight.com as the sender.
Where you configure it
Go to Settings, White label and the Sending email (your SMTP) card. Tick Send email for this account through my SMTP server and fill in the SMTP host, port, encryption (TLS, SSL or none), username, password, and the from-address and from-name.
Password and test
- Leave the password field blank to keep the saved password.
- To enable your own sender you need at least an SMTP host and a from-address.
- The Send test email button sends a test to your own address through the settings above.
What it applies to
When enabled, all of the account's outgoing email is routed through your SMTP server and carries your from-address. When it is not enabled, Ravnsight's normal sender is used. The feature is part of white-label and requires the Partner plan.
