Under Settings → Billing you see the account's current plan, can upgrade and find your invoices.
How the plans work
Ravnsight has four tiers:
- Free — no subscription required. An account without an active plan sits on Free with basic monitoring.
- Pro — a single plan with the read API, status pages and reports, and a trial period.
- Agency — several levels by number of site slots (10, 25, 50 and 100), with an agency overview and client management.
- Partner — several levels by number of site slots (10, 25, 50 and 100), adding white label, a partner API, webhooks and widgets on top of everything in Agency.
Upgrading
Choose a plan from the pricing page to upgrade. Payment is by card through Stripe. Businesses can instead choose to pay by invoice (net 30); this requires a company name and country, and the plan activates once the invoice is paid.
If you already have an active subscription you can change plan directly under Billing. Only the account owner can change the plan.
- Upgrades apply immediately and the difference is invoiced pro rata.
- Downgrades take effect on the next billing date.
- You can choose monthly or yearly payment; yearly is the equivalent of two months free.
- You can cancel at the end of the period and resume the subscription as long as the period is still running.
Click Manage subscription to open Stripe's customer portal, where you can update your payment card among other things.
Invoices
Your invoices are listed under Billing with date, amount and status. You can open an invoice and download a receipt as a PDF for paid invoices.
Manual billing
Some accounts, partners in particular, are billed manually. For these accounts the invoices are sent and handled outside the app, they are not shown in the invoice list, and the account is marked with Manual billing. Self-serve plan changes do not apply to manually billed accounts.
